Eden Trattoria is a cozy lakefront restaurant with lamb chops, pasta, pizza, and seafood, but the cherry whiskey cheesecake might be the favourite part of your meal. 

At the Royal York Meat Market, you will find antibiotic-free meat, including veal and lamb, along with free-range chicken. The owner and butcher received the Etobicoke Guardian's Diamond Award and Gold Award.

Things to Do in Mimico

The lakefront community of Mimico provides many opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Humber Bay Park is a large park where pets are welcome to run off-leash. Humber Bay Park East is a waterfront park and home to the Humber Bay Butterfly Habitat. Residents enjoy the wildflowers, greenery, and butterflies as they walk along the ten different trails available. The park at Humber Bay Park West is a narrow strip jutting out into the water. It provides a great viewpoint to watch the birds and ducks in the area. Children enjoy Amos Waites Park for its playgrounds and swimming pool.
