Fred holds certifications as a Master Certified Negotiation Expert® (MCNE®) and as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), a designation that provides expertise to senior homebuyers and sellers through major financial and lifestyle transitions. He is also a CBW Accredited Realtor®, which recognizes real estate professionals with expertise in the Land and Boundary field.

An award-winning sales leader, Fred won multiple Awards of Excellence in his first year with Forest Hill Real Estate Inc. Fred was also the recipient of the President's Circle Award, Investors Group Financial Services Inc., and a nominee for the CEO Award of Excellence at Sun Life Financial.

He graduated with honours from Toronto Metropolitan University (formally Ryerson University) with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and was named on the Dean's List for his outstanding academic achievement. A Dean's List is an academic award of distinction used to recognize the level of highest scholarship demonstrated by students in a college or university. Fred also holds an Executive MBA as a graduate of the University of Toronto – Rotman School of Management, Business Administration & Management.

Fred also enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, Jax & Charlie. He's also an avid fan of Formula 1 and is a luxury sports car enthusiast.
