A: No. A CMA is a market-based evaluation using comparable sales and current competition. A formal appraisal is completed by a licensed appraiser and may be required by a lender.

Q: How accurate is a home evaluation?

A: Accuracy improves with better inputs (upgrades, condition, layout, parking, exposure, lot details, etc.). I provide a realistic range and explain the variables that move value.

Q: How fast will I receive my results?

A: Typically within 48 hours (often sooner). If I need any additional details, I’ll reach out via email or phone.


Q: Do you need to visit my home?

A: Not always. Many evaluations can be done with the details provided. If a quick walkthrough would tighten the range, I’ll suggest it only if it benefits you.

Q: Will you pressure me to list?

A: No. If you’re not selling now, you’ll still get clarity and a plan you can keep for later.
